We offer a complete range of project management and technical implementation services, encompassing all phases of the project lifecycle. A flexible approach is used to cater for diverse Client requirements. Services range from a single day of a design engineer to provision of a manager and technical team who supplement in-house staff during an extended period of peak activity.
The key range of services provided are given below.
We provide substantial expertise by utilising our own team of in-house Project Managers, who have a proven track record of project delivery within the usual constraints of budget, quality, scope and time. Clients use this service to suit specific needs, which include whole lifecycle management, project start-up (when development, quality and risk planning is a critical path activity) and management of sub-contracted engineering, CSE software and systems development activity.
Our Clients are increasingly seeking business benefits by focusing their attention on core activities and outsourcing both high level and technical design. CSE Scomagg design staff have gained extensive experience of System Analysis and detailed design of e-business, information management and process control systems. Our Clients frequently use our design personnel to specify the technical solutions that are used to implement business process requirements.
Many of our clients utilise Scomagg development personnel, with technology-specific implementation skills, to complement their own in-house high-level analysis and design skills. CSE Scomagg provides experienced personnel to support both IT and process control projects. Our IT staff have skills encompassing operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, relational databases such as Oracle and e-Business tools such as Java and Visual Basic. Our process control staff use all of the conventional PLC software development systems, including Rockwell, Siemens and Modicon.
CSE Scomagg personnel are experienced in the full range of unit, integration, system and acceptance testing activities. Our Clients typically utilise this expertise to assist with the development of testing philosophies, the production of user and technical test specifications and the implementation of formal test stages.
As an experienced systems integrator, we have developed a wide range of site installation and commissioning skills, which include site management, monitoring and reporting on progress, site Health and Safety management (incl. CDM), management of sub-contractors, management of training and co-ordination of take-over activities.
