Vacancy: Control Systems Engineers

Our expanding business has led to vacancies for experienced and graduate Control Systems Engineers.

Responsibilities will include design, implementation, testing, installation, commissioning and support of mission critical process control and automation systems, primarily to the power and process industries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Production and maintenance of design, test and user documentation and drawings.
• Implementation and testing of systems components.
• Maintain and develop your technical skills to meet the demands of an ever changing and evolving environment.
• Liaise with the Project Manager at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Operate within the requirements of our ISO9001 approved management system.

Experience in at least one of the following technologies is essential:

• SCADA Systems.
• Programmable Logic Controllers (primarily Siemens & Rockwell).
• DCS (primarily PCS7 and APACS/QUADLOG).

Additionally, experience in at least one of the following areas is desirable:

• Communications and Networks.
• Instrumentation.
• Hardware Design.
• Panel Design.
• Cabling Design.

It is expected that successful candidates will have prior experience in a similar role or a recent graduate in a suitable discipline, demonstrating the ability to work within teams or on their own initiative to deliver required components to quality, time and cost constraints. You will have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
